89vd Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "89vd" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at https://89vd.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and all software, tools, games, and services accessible through 89vd.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 89vd Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 89vd Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including real-money funds and any bonus credits separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, reload bonuses, or any non-cash incentive issued by 89vd to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked on qualifying games before it can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds.
• "BDT" / "৳" refers to Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all transactions on the 89vd Platform are denominated.
• "MFS" means Mobile Financial Services, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms & Conditions applies.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Where these Terms conflict with any specific game or promotional rules published on the Platform, the more specific rules shall prevail for that specific context only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 89vd Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 89vd in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements whether oral or written.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Use of the 89vd Platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your Account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 89vd strictly prohibits access by persons under this age threshold and will take all reasonable steps to verify age at registration and prior to processing withdrawals.
• You must be acting as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate entities, partnerships, syndicates, and any form of group or automated account are not permitted.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any self-exclusion programme, including any voluntary self-exclusion previously submitted to 89vd.
• You must hold a valid, active Mobile Financial Services account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a bank account registered in your own name for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not have had a previous 89vd Account closed due to a breach of these Terms. Creating a replacement account following a closure for misconduct is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of 89vd or any of its game-provider partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, or Ezugi) where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

89vd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the 89vd Platform, including placing bets and processing withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and pass identity verification. The following conditions apply:

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 89vd Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under variations of the same name, different email addresses, or different MFS numbers belonging to the same individual — are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 89vd will close the newer account and may close both accounts where abuse is suspected.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid MFS number or bank account registered in your name. Providing false information at registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

89vd applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in line with responsible platform standards. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a national identity card (NID), passport, birth registration certificate, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. 89vd may request these documents at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any subsequent point where verification is required.

Account withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. 89vd will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Player's failure to submit requested documentation promptly.

4.3 Account Currency

All Accounts on the 89vd Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All displayed amounts, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes are in BDT unless otherwise explicitly stated. 89vd does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

5. Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any third party to access your Account or place bets on your behalf.
• You must notify 89vd support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 89vd Account and update it regularly.
• You must ensure that you fully log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using a shared or public device.

89vd will never request your password by any means including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from 89vd that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

89vd reserves the right to require re-verification of identity before processing any withdrawal where unusual account activity is detected, including logins from unrecognised devices or IP addresses.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

89vd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to the availability of each method at the time of deposit. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method selected.

89vd does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment originates from an account owned by someone other than the registered 89vd account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating payment method. An administration fee may apply to the return of third-party deposits.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You may only withdraw to a payment account registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are displayed within the Platform cashier.

89vd targets withdrawal processing within 5 to 30 minutes for MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer. 89vd does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure.

89vd reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be placed on hold pending verification until satisfactory documentation is received. Withdrawal requests may also be reviewed for compliance with wagering requirements where a Bonus has been claimed.

6.3 Unclaimed Balances

If an Account remains inactive (no login, deposit, bet, or withdrawal activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months or more, 89vd may classify the Account as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be applied to dormant accounts, up to the full remaining balance. Players are encouraged to log in periodically and to withdraw any balance they do not intend to use.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

89vd offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion's detail page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds are forfeited at expiry.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. • Maximum Bet Rule: While wagering requirements are active on a Bonus, a maximum bet limit of ৳500 per round or per bet applies. Placing bets above this limit while a Bonus is active may result in the Bonus being voided and associated winnings being removed.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one Bonus may be active on a Player's Account at any given time. A Player must complete or forfeit an existing Bonus before a new one can be activated.
• Bonus Abuse: 89vd actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements while minimising genuine game exposure, coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and exploitation of promotional errors. Where bonus abuse is detected, 89vd reserves the right to void the Bonus, remove any associated winnings, and close the Account.
• No-Deposit Bonuses: Where 89vd offers no-deposit bonus credits, a maximum withdrawal cap will apply to any winnings generated from those credits. This cap is stated on the relevant promotion page and is typically in the range of ৳1,000 to ৳5,000.

8. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 89vd Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific, game-specific, or market-specific rules published on the Platform.

8.1 Sports Betting

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 89vd reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to void bets placed at erroneous odds. In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability; 89vd may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. The settlement of sports bets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) or the data feed provider used by 89vd, whichever is applicable.

8.2 Casino and Slot Games

All slot and instant-win game results are determined by certified RNG systems that are independently tested for fairness and randomness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available within the game's information panel. Live casino game results are determined by physical game elements (cards, dice, roulette wheel) visible via real-time video stream. 89vd does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any live dealer game once a round is in progress.

8.3 Bet Voidance

89vd reserves the right to void any bet or wager in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or does not reach completion for settlement purposes; a software or data error has materially affected the bet; the bet was placed using a compromised or suspended Account; or the bet was placed in violation of these Terms. Void bets are returned to the Player's Account balance as real-money funds with no wagering conditions attached.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 89vd Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one registered Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.
• Using another individual's identity, payment credentials, or MFS account to register or transact on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or system errors for financial gain. Any winnings arising from a verified software exploit may be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional context.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language towards 89vd support staff or other platform users in any communication channel.
• Circumventing any Platform restriction, including geo-restrictions, self-exclusion periods, or account limits imposed by 89vd.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 89vd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "89vd", the logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 89vd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of 89vd. Unauthorised use of 89vd intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent available under applicable law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89vd excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from your use of the Platform, howsoever caused.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or internet connectivity issues.
• Losses arising from the use of your Account by an unauthorised third party where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on odds, statistics, or data displayed on the Platform where such information is subject to error or latency.
• Any tax liability arising from your winnings, which is your sole responsibility as the registered Account holder.

Nothing in these Terms limits 89vd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

89vd is committed to promoting a safe and responsible gambling environment for all players. The following player-protection tools are available within every registered Account at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the net losses you can incur. These limits trigger an automatic session end when reached.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals you define to remind you of how long you have been playing during the current session.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining may be forfeited at 89vd's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Bonus Funds are always forfeited upon Account closure for a breach. Where an Account is closed at the Player's own request without any breach, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or AML checks.

14. Amendments to These Terms

89vd reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. 15. Governing Language and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, Account balance, withdrawal, or any other matter arising from your use of the 89vd Platform, you should first contact the 89vd support team via live chat or email to seek an informal resolution. 89vd aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to provide a resolution within 14 calendar days. 89vd's decision on all betting and gaming disputes is final, subject to the provisions below.

These Terms are governed by the general principles of fair dealing and are administered in the English language. All communications with 89vd regarding disputes, KYC, account management, and support should be conducted in English.
